Muerte

La Muerte describe themselves as the missing link between Salvador Dali and The Stooges. The comparison may seem a little far-fetched at first sight but they do have a point. La Muerte play the kind of alternative metal a partnership between Motörhead, The Stooges, The Velvet Underground and The Birthday Party might produce.

Founded in Brussels in 1983, they called it quits in 1994 and apart from the odd release, the band remained dormant until 2015, when a brief one-off appearance by Marc Du Marais, Deej and three new band members including Channel Zero’s Tino De Martino started the ball rolling again. This is highly praised come-back on the alternative rock scene is unanimously acclaimed!
